You can enroll a company through your online portal or by providing us with the information below. To access our secure online process, please click here. From your Dashboard, click on “Enroll Existing Company” and follow the steps. Alternately, please provide us with the information below.
We will review the information that you send to us, enter all filing deadlines into our system and confirm that the company is active and in good standing. We charge a one-time $100 attorney review fee to review all the organizational documents, prepare missing key documents, and review filing status for the company.
