You can enroll a company through your online portal or by providing us with the information below. To access our secure online process, please click here. From your Dashboard, click on “Enroll Existing Company” and follow the steps. Alternately, please provide us with the information below.

We will review the information that you send to us, enter all filing deadlines into our system and confirm that the company is active and in good standing. We charge a one-time $100 attorney review fee to review all the organizational documents, prepare missing key documents, and review filing status for the company.

  • company name

  • state where company located

  • mailing address

  • principal office address

  • shareholder names

  • president, treasurer, secretary name

  • director names

  • purpose of the company

  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)

  • Payment information (We accept Credit Cards and ACH payments for your convenience)

  • copies of any organizational documents you have (i.e. Articles, Bylaws, minutes, etc)

  • accountant's contact information (required)

Information for a LLC

  • company name

  • state where company located

  • manager names

  • purpose of the company

  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)
